You will board a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan that will take you from Florence to the green and rolling hills of Chianti in about 25 minutes. Stunning vistas, olive groves, castles, and historic estates will unfold as you drive. Just behold the beauty passing by your window—tall cypress trees, rough dirt paths, and vineyards that go on forever. This is a place known for some of the finest and most famous wines in the world. Once you've taken in all this beauty, you'll feel ready to step into an historic hilltop wine cellar. When you get there, an experienced sommelier will greet you and take you on a tour of the winery.

Enjoy a classic five-course dinner from Tuscany

After the wine workshop, you will have time to relax and enjoy good food. The best from the vineyard will come to you accompanied by a nice meal. A five-course gourmet Tuscan dinner with typical local and seasonal ingredients will be served, wines for each course tas at least one Chianti, one Supertuscan, and a nondescript sweet dessert wine served with the last course. To top off this experience, you will taste the best olive oil from the area with classic unsalted bread.
