Cancellation Policy
Scheduled activities can be cancelled by clients with a prior notice of 48 hours, and we provide them with a full refund or credit to use later on.
Subject to a charge for the entire cost of the activity, you will be if you fail to attend your scheduled activity.

Clients are required to be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
