Tour starting day permits cancellation/reschedule for bookings from 1 to 8 pax within 8 days In the case of bookings for 9 or more people, please note that 30% of the total amount is non-refundable. However, you do have the option to cancel and receive a 70% refund or reschedule your tour as long as it is done at least 15 days prior to the scheduled starting day. After the above mentioned deadline, cancellations or rescheduling will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Subject to availability, rescheduling is.

PLEASE NOTE - VASARI CORRIDOR CURRENTLY UNDER MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION.
In 2007 Florencetown was the first tour operator ever to open this hidden gem regularly to the public, making it possible for everybody to discover it. From December 2016 the Vasari Corridor will be closed to undergo a major reconstruction to highlight even better its architectural characteristics and add some safety exits.
Children and teenagers under 18 years of age should always be accompanied by at least one adult. In the event that this requirement is not met, we retain the right to exclude the underage participant, and unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
