About
Get ready to indulge in your love for pasta with an immersive and unique Italian dish experience. This class will teach you how to create sustainable and environmentally friendly pasta that is respectful of the cycle of life, from the earth to the table. Explore the intersection of ancient knowledge and innovative techniques in a world where eco-sustainability and economy are friends for a brighter future. While undoubtedly the stars of the show are hand made pasta favorites like tagliatelle or spaghetti alla chitarra, traditional recipes like gnudi and ravioli will also make an appearance. Yummy! You get to whip up two mouthwatering first courses with a choice of two seasonal sauces: carbonara, pesto, pomarola...delicious! With the skills and expertise of our lively chef, discover the secrets of Italian dessert making and fashion a remarkable gelato using only the freshest and most splendid local ingredients that are in season. Be informed of the best places to obtain these ingredients and also how to use natural colorants to produce your favored flavors while learning about the methods employed in heating and freezing. It's the perfect moment for you to indulge in some delectable Italian goodness. Obviously, accompanied with two glasses of wine, you will eat the delicious meal you prepared yourself. Once you receive your Graduation Certificate, you will have access to a digital booklet filled with recipes that you can use to impress your friends with your newfound Italian cooking skills.
